The aim of the course is to introduce a soils of Estonia, soils properties and its testings methods at laboratory, engineering geology researches for a site construction. To provide a necessary knowledge of engineering geology methodology, different geological processes, the generation of the soils and its properties.

After the course student will know soils, rocks and its features. Will be able to perform simple geological researches for a geological research.
Student will be able to make a visual site investigation and can determine a soils or rocks at laboratory.

Online lectures, calculation lessons, practical laboratory tests, online course tasks.
