| The aim of the course is to introduce a soils of Estonia, soils properties and its testings methods at laboratory, engineering geology researches for a site construction. To provide a necessary knowledge of engineering geology methodology, different geological processes, the generation of the soils and its properties. |

After the course student will know soils, rocks and its features. Will be able to perform simple geological researches for a geological research.
Student will be able to make a visual site investigation and can determine a soils or rocks at laboratory. |
