Subject 'Adult Training'Name in Estonian: Andragoogika
General descriptionVarious directions in training of adults. A definition of an androgogika and its difference from pedagogics. Process of training, value and the main questions in an andragogika. A role of an andragogist in training of adults. I am andragogist: the required knowledge and abilities, values and beliefs, the principles and traits of character. Field of activity of an andragogy: modeling and judgement. Goals, motivation, judgement in the training process. Various methods of training in the traffic. Group processes and work with group. Development of the plan of training.
Aim- is guided in a perspective of modern training;
- knows and is able to use the legislation in the field of training; - is able to define audience of training, to designate the purposes and results of training; - knows technology of management of group processes; - is guided with concepts of personality development and the personality focused training models; - is able to create a modern environment for training and is guided in the choice of methods of training; - is able to estimate and analyse training process critically; - has knowledge of requirement of introspection. Form descriptionTraining methods: a lecture, a conversation, seminars, work in group, role-playing games, the presentation, the panel discussion, the solution of problems, portfolio.
