General descriptionHealth risks in fitness. Body-building training methodology - development the strength indicators for bigger muscle groups. Stretching - methodology and health risks. The introduction of Pilates training method and practice. Sports games - basketball, futsal, floorhockey, volleyball, table tennis. Basic techniques and practice. In femail students traininglessons there are also used elements from Hathayoga.
General aimThe goal of the subject is to create a habit of practising physical activities systematically. The main criteria for evaluation of student's perfomance is physical development.
AimStudents after completing the course can prepare independently for the training - warm-up; to compile a fitness training programme for different muscles; know how to use a theraband for muscle training; can carry out independently stretching exercises. Teamwork experience.
