- is able to obtain and use the knowledge of transport and logistics and can apply critical thinking in order to handle integrated problems; - has a systematic overview of the main concepts, theoretical principles and research methods of transport and logistics; - is familiar with the current problems of transport and logistics and is able to find relevant solutions; - understands the results of his/her activity on the surrounding environment and living nature and demonstrates high moral and ethical qualities; - can forward information, ideas, problems and solutions to specialists as well as non-specialists; - is ready to participate actively in the civil society and is tolerant of various attitudes; - is able to adapt in the changing surroundings and is open to life-long learning; - can find information independently and use it creatively; - shows initiative in starting projects and sense of responsibility in carrying them out; - knows how to communicate with clients, employees and partners; - is proficient in the information technologies needed in his/her professional activity; - can express and discuss logistic problems orally as well as in writing in the native language as well as in at least one foreign language; - is familiar with the environmental legislation and environmental protection requirements; - can consider social and ethical aspects while assessing the consequences of his/her professional activity in the society; - is capable of independent professional development.
