General description

Basics of industrial robots. Construction of robots. Mechanics of robots. Manipulators, grippers, design. Dynamical parameters of actuators. Basic elements of actuators. Continuous and discrete control. Trajectories. Analytical programming.

General aim

To give base knowledge and practical experience to be able to create, use, and program systems based on industrial robots. To give an overview of the build and peculiarities of industrial robots. To give knowledge on how to interface signals with industrial robots. To give knowledge about network solutions used on industrial robots.

Aim

The student should:
Know the build, interfaces, and operation principles of robots; programming languages and their basics;
Know how to create network connections between controllers and industrial equipment.
