General descriptionGeneral concepts of the real estate environment and the content of management activities. Practical study of specific activities in real estate management. (organization of procurements, preparation and performance of maintenance contracts, quality management, lease contracts, human health, safety and security, organizing events, organizing ICT services, internal and external logistics, other support services, job placement, etc.)
General aimThe aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge of the principles of management of the real estate environment; to acquire skills for their implementation in a specific work process in an entity related to the management of the real estate of any economic sector; Be creative and independent in solving tasks and emerging situations. During the course of the course students will solve a specific task that ends with the compilation of the assessed document. The results of independent work and test work do not affect the volume of the exam questionnaire. These results may affect the exam score by 1 point in the final score in a weighted position.
