General description
General concepts of the real estate environment and the content of management activities. Practical study of specific activities in real estate management. (organization of procurements, preparation and performance of maintenance contracts, quality management, lease contracts, human health, safety and security, organizing events, organizing ICT services, internal and external logistics, other support services, job placement, etc.)
General aim
The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge of the principles of management of the real estate environment; to acquire skills for their implementation in a specific work process in an entity related to the management of the real estate of any economic sector; Be creative and independent in solving tasks and emerging situations. Find out source materials and information materials for solving everyday grooming problems.
Aim
1. Knows and is able to use regulations and other legislation in accordance with the standards of EVS 807: 2016 and EVS EN 15221 (1-6) and related standards in the real estate environment
2. Knows and knows how to plan real estate management activities at a strategic and tactical level
3. Knows the real estate market situation and can apply this knowledge in its work
4. Can plan and develop the real estate environment

Teaching consists of lectures and seminars, lectures on real estate objects and independent individual work and group work

Evaluation methods
The course ends with an examination consisting of a written part and an oral part. During the course of the course students will solve a specific task that ends with the compilation of the assessed document. The results of independent work and test work do not affect the volume of the exam questionnaire. These results may affect the exam score by 1 point in the final score in a weighted position.
The precondition for entering the exam is 75% of the hours and practices of the auditors.
