A teaching of building productivity, building processes, good building custom and labour safety requirements. Concrete works. Assembling reinforcement. Quality control over reinforcement. Assembling and disassembling formwork, quality requirement for formwork. Concrete works in winter, in summer.Short overview about main mistakes made in concrete works. Assembling concrete skeleton and big prefabricated buildings and steel structures. Roof works. Thermal isolation works. Waterproofing works.
Finishing works. Final stage of general construction works:
• Facade works, building partitions, installation of windows and doors, floor and ceiling construction.
• Surface leveling, painting of surfaces and paperhanging
• Walls, ceilings and floors covering with various liners and finishing materials.
Acceptance of works and quality requirements.

The aim is to give basic knowledges of building technology of reinforced concrete, prefabricated building elements, steel structures, roof works, thermal works and estimateing the quality of building works. Also to provide basic knowledge about constructional works technology in the field of tiling, plastering, levelling, painting and flooring works as well as evaluation of the quality of these works.

Positively evaluated student knows common technological solutions of reinforced concrete, prefabricated building elements, steel structures, water protection works, roof works, thermal works. Could estimate the quality of building work described above. Dependent on task type can apply different mark up and measurement techniques.

Lectures, practical training. By the end of the term composing the course project.

Fomating grading. Grade consists of tests, groupworks, handwrited report and corurse project.
