Geology subject. Internal and external forces of the Earth. Minerals, rocks. The geological ground of Estonia, surface. Natural resources in Estonia. Geological researches on a building site.

The course aim is to provide the necessary knowledge of engineering geology, the processes, the generation of the soil and its properties.

Following the course acquirement the undergraduate must know rocks and its features and is able to perform simple geological researches on a building site.
Student is able to make a visual object control and can define a soils or rocks.
