Geodetic intersections- intersection (solution classically and also with the Jung and Gauss formulas) and resection; wall polygonometry. Accuracy evaluations of the points, coordinated with intersections. Computations in grid coordinates: computations of a stroke with closed, with and without initial sides. Adjustment of a system of polygons on the Popov method. Conical and cylindrical map projections. Estonian cartography programme. Choice of cartographic projections. Estonian grid coordinates system. Geographic and grid coordinates on a map.

The objective of the course is to provide the students knowledge about the computations of a detail net and geodetic intersections

The student who has passed the course can solve geodetic intersections with the respective accuracy evaluations, commands referencing of strokes and computations, based from the points of wall polygonometry
