General descriptionBasic phonetic topics - consonants and vowels, stressed/ unstressed syllable,
rules of reading, Russian intonation. Conversation topics - introducing oneself, languages and countries, place of residence. General aimBasic language course for students of all curicula.
The aim of the course is to master the rules of phonetics and reading rules, to provide basic lexical minimum and to develop the skills of speaking in standard communication situations. AimStudent
1. Knows Russian letters and is able to write them. 2. Is able to correctly pronounce the Russian consonants and vowels. 3. Is able to read different texts. 4. Knows vocabulary on topics of the course. 5. Can ask simple questions on topics of the course and answer them. Form descriptionPractical classes (group and pair work, role plays).
