Subject 'Presentation of Architectural Designs'

As a part of course-work an analysis of the planning area and area-specific detailed plan (considering existing constructions, plantation and road map) are drafted. Lectures explain the both the theory and legislation of town planning.

To introduce the need and the principles of planning projects

Students shall obtain, through a series of lectures and a course-work project, an understanding of the importance of planning projects as a part of creating of a spacial environment

The main focus is on teaching the skills of environment-creating planning processes. Lectures focus on the role of spatial planning in creating of an environment and the importance of architectural thought in that process. Course-work is guided on a team-work basis and involve teaching necessary presentation skills. Lectures will give an overview of legal and other regulatory aspects of town planning.
Course-work is reviewed in three stages during which the students will present their ideas in front of the rest of the course-mates.
