| As a part of course-work an analysis of the planning area and area-specific detailed plan (considering existing constructions, plantation and road map) are drafted. Lectures explain the both the theory and legislation of town planning. |

| Students shall obtain, through a series of lectures and a course-work project, an understanding of the importance of planning projects as a part of creating of a spacial environment |

The main focus is on teaching the skills of environment-creating planning processes. Lectures focus on the role of spatial planning in creating of an environment and the importance of architectural thought in that process. Course-work is guided on a team-work basis and involve teaching necessary presentation skills. Lectures will give an overview of legal and other regulatory aspects of town planning.
Course-work is reviewed in three stages during which the students will present their ideas in front of the rest of the course-mates. |
