Expanding the company, personnel policy. Annual reports, the plans and budgets for the following year. Liquidation of enterprise. Realization of enterprise. Bankrupt.
General aimThe aim of the course is to give students an overview of necessary prerequisites and activities, forms of entrepreneurship and basics of successful operation for setting up a business. The course covers different stages from the idea to start a business to implementation and liquidation of it.
AimStudents after completing the course can make a business plan required by Foundation Enterprise Estonia to be given a subsidy; they can analyse different business ideas from the viewpoint of feasibility of their implementation.
Form descriptionLectures. Attebding lectures is compulsory. The final mark is made up as following: attending lectures - 20%, independent work to design a product/service - 40% and examination - 40%.
