General description

Entrepreneurship, forms of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and enterprises.
An entrepreneurial policy in Estonia. Legislation. Starting a business, resources and financing. Business plan and its principles. Analysis. Tax-system in Estonia.

4. Business idea. Strategic planning. Vision, mission, product, service, etc.
5. Business plan.
6. Human resources planning and management.
7. Financing. Financial planning.
8. Analysis.
9. Growth of the company and problem solving connected to development.
10. Company's homepage administration.

General aim

The aim of the course is to give students the basic knowledge related to entrepreneurship: company form, company policy in Estonia, developmental tendency, starting the business and analysis.

Aim

The student who has mastered this course knows the concept related to entrepreneurship, knows the development of entrepreneur and is able to write business plan individually.
