General description
Main themes covered during the course: - entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, business environment - development of entrepreneurship - starting a business - business idea and analysis - business plan and business model - personnell - reqruitment and management - marketing communication - financing Business plan development and the analysis of the following items 2. Business analysis, business forms, franchise 3. Competition analysis (definition of success factors, positioning and competitive advantages generation, the other teams will assess the competitive advantages, competitors comparison) 4. Action planning, company's core processes 5. Financial projections (cost, production cost and sales forecasts) 6. Students submit the following: a business plan or business model, together with the environmental analysis

General aim
The aim of the course is to develop entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and attitudes, in order to implement those skills in specific field of business as an entrepreneur, in project groups, or as a mid-level manager in an organization.

Aim
Student: 1. is able to evaluate options to work as an entrepreneur or an employee, and is able to work as a team member. 2. is able to find, create, pland and communicate an innovation or business plan related to his/her specialty. 3. know the necessary terminology and know how to act as an ethical entrepreneur. 4. is able to act according to set goals and understands the importance of objectives regardless of obstacles.
