Land reform and land ownership in Estonia after regaining independence.
General aimThe aim of the course is to familiarise the field of land law in legislation system of Estonia; to deal with juridical problems concerning land - particularly real estate - and its usage.
AimStudent after completing the course knows the field of land law in legislation system of Estonia, can interprete juridical text and knows the concepts concerning real estate.
