General description
Overview of legislation system of Estonia. Content and concept of land ownership. Real estate and immovable property. Content and concept of property law. Limited and unlimited power in property law. Limited property laws: servitude, usufruct, personal open access, housing development. Structure of plannings. General planning. Detailed planning. PlanningsŽ impact to environment. Land readjustment. Land catastre. Employment conditions of lands with different specific purposes. Construction. Land reform and land ownership in Estonia after regaining independence.
General aim
The aim of the course is to familiarise the field of land law in legislation system of Estonia; to deal with juridical problems concerning land - particularly real estate - and its usage.

Aim
Student after completing the course knows the field of land law in legislation system of Estonia, can interprete juridical text and knows the concepts concerning real estate.
