The graduate:
- associates a person, organisation, economy and society in the business field and understands the correlation between business and ohter specialities;
- has profound knowledge, including critical understanding of basic terms, theories, principles and main research methods;
- is able to formulate and analyse the problems in the field of management, marketing, accounting, financial management and personnel management, and takes esponsibility in decision making in unexpected work situations;
- has good communication and cooperation skills necessary for work, knows ICT tools, is able to speak the official language and at least one foreign language on the level that enables them to take part in professional discussions;
- is able to plan, analyse and manage the resources, activities and results of a company, including unexpectedwork or training situations;
- is able to implement the acquired knowledge and skills masterly and innovatively in their work, and is ready to take the responsibility for themselves, ohter individuals and groups in the field of professional development management;
- is an active community member who is tolerant towards the diversity of attitudes and values, follows legislative norms and principes of business ethics.
