Learning outcomesThe graduate:
- finds connections between people, organisations, economy and society in the field of business management; - has a systematic overview of the basic terms, theoretical principles and main research methods of the speciality; - is familiar with basic legal provisions and basics of business ethics; - is able to work in a multicultural team and handle diversities in attitudes and values; - is able to communicate in the official language of the country and in one foreign language on the level that enables to participate in the working process of a company; - has proficient communication and cooperative skills needed for work and knows information and communication technologies; - is able to plan, analyse and manage the resources and outcomes of a company; - understands the nature of accountancy and is able to compile budgets; - is able to implement their knowledge and skills creatively and flexibly and is ready to work as a specialist or become an entrepreneur; - is ready to make and carry out a personal professional development plan.
