| Elaborating the project documentation. Performing volume calculation in accordance with the volume calculation instructions. Calculation of direct costs. Calculation of overheads of a building site and a company. Internal taxes. Profit. Compiling a tender. Writing a course project in accordance with the TTK/University of Applied Sciences instruction for writing written papers and defence in front of the lecturer. |

| The general objective is to provide students practical skills about the classification of building costs, carrying out volume calculation and constructional cost estimating. |

The student who has passed the course:
- can in accordance with the Estonian construction costs classification standard EVS 88:2005 carry out volume calculation and cost estimating for the evaluation of the cost of general construction works of a public or industrial building. |
