Subject 'Graduation Thesis'

The diploma work thesis must be found individually by the student. It is recommended to start searching for the thesis during the Engineering Practice. Generally the thesis of the diploma work must comprise the problems related to the specialty. The thesis must be concerted with the basal enterprise and the head of the chair. Thesis could be from the following area: product designing; developing the product manufacturing technology; developing the existing technology; economical aspects of the manufacture; quality assurance and management in the enterprise; applied science research.

The aim of the diploma work is to give the students the experience to individually solve the problems related to the specialty and to contribute the students transfer from university to independent employment in enterprise.

The student has a systematic overview of the specialtyŽs fundamental concepts and is aware of the the actual problems and implementation possibilities. Is able to formulate and analyze the problems related to the specialty and is able to find different solutions. Is able to evaluate the offered solutions according to modern technological opportunities and economical aspects. Has a good communication and information technology skills. Is able to implement the knowledge and skills in his work.
