General description

Fundamentals of lidar acquisition, survey control, data registration, data processing, analysis, and verification. Introduction to dynamic laser scanning, usage and accuracy aspects.

General aim

The general aim of the course is to give base knowledge of construction 3D laser scanning.

Aim

The students:
1. Are able to explain the working principles of 3D laser scanning;
2. Know laser scanning data processing principles;
3. Are able to design and carry out construction survey;
4. Are able to perform 3D laser scanning data analyses.

Form description

Studies consist of theoretical and practical lectures and independent work.
