General descriptionDefinitions, Basic and supporting services required for the integral operation of the building, overall management concept taking into account the use and purpose of the building, principles of quality assessment of services, service contents and complex procurements necessary for the integral functioning of the building, structure of service contracts.
General aimTo provide the student with knowledge of general principles of real estate (commercial real estate) environment. To provide an overview of the basic and supporting services of the real estate environment. The acquired knowledge gives the student the skills to see the need-based operation of complex services throughout the real estate life cycle.
AimSubject completed:
1. Is familiar with the basic and support services required for the building to function properly, and is able to bring them into compliance with EVS 807: 2016 "Management and Maintenance of the Real Estate Environment"; 2. Is able to formulate a general management concept for a building, taking into account the use and intended purpose of the building; 3. Is familiar with the principles of quality evaluation of services; 4. knows and is able to describe the content of the services required for the building's integral operation and is able to make complex procurements; 5. be familiar with the concepts of service contracts for buildings, evaluate the content of services, analyze value for money and have an overview of the structure of service contracts. Form descriptionTeaching takes the form of a lecture.

The subject ends with an examination, which requires the homework given in the lecture given by the deadline and individual work selected for the examination.
