Explaining the principles of real estate management, realization of real estate maintenance activities, obligations of the owner of the property in relation to the maintenance of his property, clarification of the organization of relations between real estate parties in the maintenance process

1. Can understand the need for real estate maintenance for society and owners
2. Understands the main sustainability and sustainability of the maintenance of real estate
3. Can develop a real estate strategy and advise real estate owners
