Subject 'Architectural Design V - Design Development I'

In the course students will be asked to solve and design a building at the level of the design development stage in collaboration with students from the Faculty of construction. It also introduces how to use BIM model in the process.

Aim is to provide the students knowledge and skills for architectural design and planning.

student:
- understands necessity, roles and ability of engineers for designing a building;
- is able to orientate all standards related to designing process;
- is able to find optimal structural solution with the collaborators;
- is able to find optimal mechanical solution with the collaborators.

The course takes place in two semesters. The later half ends in the Spring semester with evaluation. Students are required to participate in mid-term reviews.
