General descriptionThe course offers introduction of culture theories from mainly of the 20th Century, touching upon the leading figures and directions of thinking.
General aimTo create basics in order to orientate in architectural discipline.
Aimstudent
- knows the history and theory of architecture and of the related arts, technologies and humanities; - understands the development of art culture and the processes taking place in modern architecture and urban development; - understands the social role of the profession and ethics of architect. Form descriptionThe course includes series of lectures, reading assignments of compulsory literature.
