Subject 'Building Materials'

Overview of different byuilding materialst- their production, technical characteristics, properties and locations.

The objective of the course is to give the students a notion about general and specific properties of building materials.

The student:
1. knows the main properties of materials;
2. knows where to use different materials and their suitability for that purpose;
3. knows the technical specifications of different construction materials.
