General descriptionLearning the types of a heating, ventilation system and energy efficiency. Among it getting introduced with the materials, principles of construction and work of the systems as well as with building these systems and their construction technology. Learning the materials, system elements and operation principles of water supply and sewerage system, among it consumer, fire fighting and hot water supply, sewerage of buildings, sewerage of a registered immovable with on the spot purifiers, rainwater sewerage, drainage. Learning the design principles of systems and construction defects. Electrical Safety Act and based on it the construction and operation principles of the power system safety devices. Materials and parts of the electricity supply system. Reading an electric project and learning the principles of compiling it.
General aimThe objective of the course is to provide knowledge about economical building and exploitation of heating and ventilation systems. The objective of the course is to provide knowledge about the construction, exploitation and economy of a water supply and sewerage. The objective of the course is to give the students an overview of the basics of electric shock protection, wiring systems, used in electric installations, accessories, devices and protection equipment, as well as the design of these installations, electric drawings and electric installation works.
AimThe student who has passed the course:
- knows the types of heating and ventilation systems, materials, system components and their construction technology; - is able to evaluate the design of a heating and ventilation system and the construction quality; - can observe on the object the construction technology of the given systems and organise the work in accordance with a time schedule. - can read water and sewerage projects; - can evaluate and analyse the construction quality of the systems and - can detect deviations from valid requirements. - can read an electric project; - can compile a power system scheme of a private house; - knows the Electrical Safety Act and the requirements, based on it, for the construction and operation of power systems.
