Interpretation of design drawings. As-built survey documentation. Preparation work. 3D surface models. Deriving soil volumes. Geodetic works related to utility networks.

Geodetic works at mining. Orientation methods, height calculation. Geodetic control networks at an open-pit mine and at an underground mine. In detail surveying. Geodetic documentation in mining.

The objective of the course is to provide students with knowledge about geodetic works at building, road and utility networks construction and also in mine surveying.

Having successfully passed the course, the student:
1. Is able to interpretation of design drawings;
2. Knows the basics of creating 3D surface models;
3. Is able to create as-built documentation;
4. Knows the basics of mine surveying.
