Estonian cadastral system, information registration. Cadastral files, their classification and content. A lay-out, detailed plan, division plan. The initial task of making a cadastral unit, an explanatory letter of a cadastral survey, the scheme of interconnection, a stroke calculation, coordination of landmarks. Determination the areas of a cadastral unit and calculation of the total area. The plan and scale of a cadastral unit. Boarder protocol. Cadastral file. Constraint file and its contents. General aimThe objective of the course is to give the students an overview about the land reform, land valuation and land readjustment activities as well as to introduce the activity of a consolidator on different levels. General Objectives:
The objective is to give an overview of the Land Cadastre Act, land cadastre and other registers as well as possibilities to make inquiries from the respective databases. The objective of the course is to give an overview of the determination of the borders of a cadastral unit, survey and marking border points in the nature. Compiling a cadastral unit file - with writing the documents according to the order of making cadastral survey and controlling cadastral survey are also dealt with. AimAim
Having passed the course the student knows land readjustment activities and the stages of their implementation. The student has to understand what the work assignments of a land consolidator are on different levels. Learning Outcomes: The student, who has passed the course, must know the Land Cadastre and the legislation, related to it. S/he must also know other registers (Land Register, Register of Construction Works) and must be able to make inquiries from the Land Board public services data bases-registers. Having passed the course the student masters the geodetic works, connected with making up a cadastral unit and can in a legally correct way compile the documents, included in the cadastral unit file.
