General description

Factors impacting vehicles technical condition. Technical evaluation system. Responsibility of maintenance enterprises. Technical inspection. Management and equipment of technical inspection. Requirements for staff of technical inspection office and legislation.

General aim

Goal of the subject is to develop students’ knowledgebase and practical skills for working in the field of vehicles technical inspection.

Aim

The student having covered the subject:
• can state technical requirements set on vehicles
• is able to estimate the impact of fault on traffic safety;
• is able to describe working procedures and equipment of technical inspection.
