General description

Personality psychology (individual's perception, self-image, self-esteem, establishing oneself).Communication process. Verbal and non-verbal communication. Role behaviour. Using questions. Active listening. Conflicts. Nature of creativity and creative communication techniques. Creativity and innovation in group processes. Essence of group and team. Principles of successful cooperation.

General aim

To obtain knowledge of personality psychology, communication, creativity and teamwork. The course provides interactive and creative communication environment to establish a purposeful communication style for oneself.

Aim

The student

- is aware of oneself and his/her communication style;
- understands the nature of creative processes;
- influences the formation and cooperation of a group.

Form description

Lecture, seminar, individual and group work, report, presentation, role plays, home assignments.

Evaluation methods

To get a positive grade it is necessary to participate in the practical classes, hand in independent assignments, present a report/creative task and portfolio.
