General descriptionCreation of process of customer service in car service.
Students take the order for repair and service of the car, process the relevant documents, will organize performance of work. Return the car to clients and will organize payment for service. Follow up service and receiving feedback. General aimThe purpose of a lesson to systematize and set earlier gained knowledge.
To improve and fix ability to work in car service with clients. To give to students support that they will be able to cope independently with work in car service. To give practical abilities for creation of the constructive and positive relations with the client. Aim- Can independently reproduce the necessary operations at registration of the car in service;
- Is able to read instructions for repair and service; - Is able to listen to the client and to spend him through service process effectively; - Is able to make the plan of repair; - Is able to make the price offer and to fill in other related documents. Form descriptionPossible areas: car service, preliminary treatment, resetting and repair of the motor, repair of a gear box and transmission, repair and resetting of the chassis. Electric works, mounting.
The used methods: lecture, video cutting, viewing of video, analysis. The student according to the labor schedule will make independent work, will make the necessary documentation and will protect work at a seminar together with other students.
