General description

In this subject the final result is the full-scale electrical project, which is based on MET260 Design of the Power Supply or MET272 The Design of Substinations and Electrical Networks.

General aim

The main objective of the course is to gain the real experience electrical project design phases.

Aim

Project compiler acquires knowledge and experience about:
1) legislations, standards and requirements in the field of electrical design;
2) how to prepare an explanatory memorandum;
3) the correct project formalization;
4) the ability to use specialized softwares;
5) electric field calculation methods and formulas;
6) professional literature;
7) communication and collaboration skills.

Group and individual work.

Evaluation methods

The course ends with the graded evaluation.
