General aimThe objective of the course is to give the students an overview about the land reform, land valuation and land readjustment activities as well as to introduce the activity of a consolidator on different levels. General Objectives:
The objective is to give an overview of the Land Cadastre Act, land cadastre and other registers as well as possibilities to make inquiries from the respective databases. AimHaving passed the course the student knows land readjustment activities and the stages of their implementation. The student has to understand what the work assignments of a land consolidator are on different levels. Learning Outcomes: The student, who has passed the course, must know the Land Cadastre and the legislation, related to it. S/he must also know other registers (Land Register, Register of Construction Works) and must be able to make inquiries from the Land Board public services data bases-registers
