The general system of legal protection. The order of presenting claims/arguments. Types of legal acts, the order of their bills procedure, acceptance and/or proclamation and publication.
Management of OHS, planning and implementation. The working environment in the textile and clothing industry. Working environment, internal control and risk assessment. Behavior in crisis situations and first aid.

The objective of the course is to teach the students how to orientate in the data bases of legal acts, and to familiarize them with the legal acts of their field of study.
To give the knowledge on health and safety

After completing the course students are able to find independently the necessary information among the legal acts of their field and to interpret it. Students have an overview of risk factors present, are able to meet the obligations of employers to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases. Has a working knowledge of risk assessment and the organization of the company's internal control environment.
