General aimTo present an overview and introduction to basics of logistics. To provide insights of logistics’ way of thinking and develop logistics strategy, understanding the usage of key words, concerning logistics areas. Also to give skills to develop a logistical strategy in the enterprise. How to control and plan the logistical processes’ functions, that helps to provide the effectiveness of the company. To give an overview of the inventory management.
