Analysis of the criteria influencing costs.
General aimThe general objective is to provide the students basic knowledge about the economic mechanisms of the construction and immovable property market, calculation of the lifespan costs of a building, economical development in the construction environment, basics of business and management of an architectural company.
AimThe student who has passed the course knows the economic mechanisms of the construction and immovable property market and the structure of the Estonian construction market; knows the rules of starting a small business in the field of construction; can use the mostly spread methods of analyse at the calculation of investment and life-cycle costs of buildings, among them based on the aspect of energy saving and environmental impact; is informed about the economic issues of the usage of company resources.
