Choice of a waste water treatment process, mechanical treatment, biological treatment, secondary settlement tanks, secondary treatment and disinfection of waste water, small sewage treatment plants, sludge treatment. Over fall and partially separate sewerage systems. Sewerage pipes and structures in the plumbing. Composition and characteristics of waste water. Waste receiving water. General principles of waste water treatment. Mechanical treatment equipment. General aimThe objective of the course is to provide an overview of the principal methods of water treatment and equipment, used in water treatment and also to acquire knowledge about sewerage systems, effluent runoff and the design of external sewerage systems.
AimStudent:
