General description

Definition and planning of road management. Funding of maintanance, different works and supervision of it. Road operaters. Maintanance activity premission - how to apply and its requirements. Maintanance dokumentation.
Road maintanance in summer and winter period - machines, techniques, requirements. Planning, founding, maintanance and requirements of ice roads.

General aim

To give student overview of road maintanance in all legal, financial, theoretical and practical aspects in Estonia bonded as a integral system.

Aim

Student will orientate in the legal aspects of maintanance, knows how to apply different license for maintanance and how the work is being done on the road, is able to give advise in view on road maintanance.
