General description

The parties involved in construction, road-works management main principles, methods. Road construction project management plans. Work schedule. Road construction management at various levels. Quality of work, supervision management.

General aim

The course aims to give students knowledge of road works organization, preparation of road works, supplying construction with materials, manpower and machinery, ways of carrying out the works.

Aim

Following the acquisition of the course the student knows the principles of road construction works organization, is able to find rational ways and solutions in a particular work, is able to ensure quality of the work on site.
