The components, types, creation principles of geo information systems. GIS usage fields and applications. Usage of different data sources, data transformation. GIS software, data bases

General aim

General Objectives:
The objective of the course is to give the students knowledge about geo information systems, different types of space data; gathering, keeping, analysing, and presenting them. Practically is tried out the use of space data with the respective software

Learning Outcomes:
Having passed the course, the student understands different geo information systems and can use space data in different projects
