General description

The course contains a theoretical part and a longer practical work. The course handles with problematic urban environments. The restrictions, special conditions, defence obligations and their application in detail planning. Necessary preliminary survey, assembling initial data. Innovative traffic and parking arrangement solutions are seeked. Designing a detailed planning and the model of an actual planning initiated by a local government. The course ends with an open assessment.

General aim

To design detailed plannings on the areas of higher public interest.

Aim

Students after completing the course are capable to design detailed and theme plannings.
