General description

The nature of a fashion drawing. The proportions of women, men and children.
Age-related peculiarities of children. Figure types, figures in different positions, drawing of hands and feet. Fabric patterns and colors. Different style types. Compiling a set of different clothing pieces; matching clothes to different style types.

General aim

A course from the DESIGN module. The aim of the course is to provide knowledge for independent creative work in designing and making garments; to know and be able to use human figure proportions in practice; to develop creative thinking, analyzing ability and other skills.

Aim

On completion of the course a student knows how to use the acquired knowledge in clothing design; knows the figure proportions; is able to depict clothes in drawings; knows different style types.
