Nature and history of marketing, management tools. Market research, monitoring and forecasting. Concept and development of business type. principles of selection business type. Buying and the selling and the market boundaries. Strategy and tactics of the assortment. Analysis and optimization of the stocks. Demand and pricing. The optimal price. A decreased price and sales campaigns. Promotion and advertising. Sales planning. Service policy. Analysis and optimization of the stocks.

General aim

To give a special knowledge in the granting of sales, its organization and management.
This course develops the thinking and action in the company.

Aim

On completion of the course a student knows the processes of purchases and sales, is able to make choices regarding the purchase and sales, manage costs, and is capable of filling out sales documents, contracts, custom declarations.
