General description

Drafting patterns for bodices (blouse, dress, jacket, coat); differences between items according to their purpose. Collars, hoods, other details. Toiles and industrial patterns. Designing items for production by unification and standardization. Industrial patterns, grading. Table of items measurements and specification sheet.

General aim

The aim is give students knowledge about the basic patterns and their further adaptions according to the fashion and purpose.

Aim

On completion of the course a student can make patterns for womenŽs clothes, knows the principles of grading and can form a family of clothes by unified patterns and technology.

Form description

Lectures, practical training, independent work carried out by workgroups.
