General aim

The objective of the course is the acquisition of the knowledge and skills in the field of electronics and digital technology, necessary in accordance with the professional standard of a railway engineer.

Aim

Having passed the course the student:
- knows the work principles and usage of electronic equipment;
- knows the work principles and usage of digital technology;
- is literate in and uses the equipment of electronics and digital technology.

Lectures, practical training, e-learning, independent compilation of prelim papers and written exam.
