General description

Planning an actual project relying on previously acquired theoretical knowledges in different economical domains.

General aim

The main objective of the course is to deepen practical knowledges regarding project management by mastering skills of planning, analyzing different projects as well as writing a project plan.

Aim

The student:
- manages to associate main principles of project management with running/managing actual project in practice.
- is competent in seeing correlation and reliance between different activities and members of the project.
- feels the responsibility being a team-player by giving personal input into final result.

Form description

The course consists of project planning (writing the project plan), foundation of main viewpoints and possible realization in practice. Oral presentation to the course.
